ATHENS — Shacobia Barbee scored 14 points with 11 rebounds and No. 18 Georgia held off Vanderbilt 64-53 on Sunday. Georgia (16-3, 4-2 SEC) led by one early in the second half when the Bulldogs went on a 13-4 run — including seven points from Barbee — lifting the lead to 10 with 3:33 remaining and Vandy didn't have a late run in them.
