Joe Thurston had three hits, scored a run and also drove in a run for the Triple-A Gwinnett Braves in a 4-3 win against the Indianapolis Indians on Tuesday night at Coolray Field.

Jordan Schafer, Barbaro Canizares and Alex Romero each scored a run for the G-Braves. 

Canizares gave Gwinnett an early 2-0 lead with a two-run home run in the first inning. Gwinnett lost the second game of the doubleheader 6-0 in seven innings.
