Chad Cunningham, a 2006 graduate of Dawson County High School, will handle the kick-off and punt duties for the Tennessee Volunteers during their opener at UCLA on Saturday.

Cunningham will likely hold both positions until punter Britton Colquitt returns from a five-game suspension.

Last year as a redshirt freshman, Cunningham saw action in five games. He punted three times for a 40.7 yard average and had one touchback in 22 kickoffs.

Saturday’s game will air live on ESPN (Charter channel 32) at 8 p.m.
