West Hall High graduate Shunquez Stephens signed a basketball scholarship with the University of South Carolina-Upstate on Monday. Stephens will make the jump from college football to basketball after serving as a quarterback with Alabama State and most recently Highland Junior College. The 2011 West Hall graduate excelled in both sports in high school.
