Hall County natives, Christina Davis and Joy Smith, recently received national recognition for their successful soccer season at Truett-McConnell College. Davis, an East Hall graduate, received the National Christian College Athletic Association All-region award. 

Smith, a Flowery Branch graduate, also received the NCCAA All-region award in addition to the NCCAA All tournament award. Truett-McConnell finished its season ranked seventh in the nation at the NCCAA National Tournament.
