Riverside earns third victory, tops Social Circle 34-14

Riverside Military Academy closed out the 2014 season on a high note with Friday night’s 34-14 victory in Social Circle.

Brandon Grant led the Eagles offense with 178 yards and two scores on eight carries. Quarterback Lyle Lopez finished 6 of 11 for 141 yards and a touchdown pass to Avery Cagle.

Max McGinnis returned an interception 89 yards for a Riverside Military touchdown, and Carlos Wade ran a fumble back 14 yards for a score.

The Eagles finish the season 3-7 overall and 2-4 in Region 8-AA.
