Adrian Wahsington carried the ball 18 times for 177 yards and three touchdowns to lead Cedar Shoals over Habersham Central 41-34 on Friday.

The Jaguars rallied to victory after being down 34-7 at the half.

Washington had a 79-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, which was followed by a Cedar Shoals defensive scoop-and-score 15 seconds later to start the comeback.

Habersham's quarterback Kevin Ellison had runs of 65, 34, 27 and 28 yards for touchdowns to lead the Raider offense. He carried the ball 12 times for 192 yards. Ellison also had a 39-yard punt return for a touchdown.

Habersham Central (2-0, 2-0 Region 8-AAAA) hosts Salem Friday.
