On behalf of the poultry industry here and across this great state, I want to thank and praise The Times for its special report last week and excellent examination of water quality issues in our community. The stories, authored by reporters Jeff Gill, Shannon Casas and Joshua Silavent, were well researched and written. They provided a comprehensive full picture understanding of the potential sources of pollutants in our drinking water from Lake Lanier and its feeder streams.
