Summer of Summer & Summer in Gainesville on receiving the 2014 Indigent Defense Award, presented by the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Summer is well deserving of the award in light of his exceptional record of 30 years in the practice of law, especially lending his expertise toward defending criminal defendants who cannot afford legal representation. All Georgia lawyers can be proud of Attorney Summer for this recognition of his continued dedication to serving the public and the justice system.
