As the last of the two conventions finished its business of nominating a presidential candidate last week, the Clinton and Trump campaigns were quickly shifting into high gear. Before all of the balloons in Philadelphia had been picked up, Donald Trump supporters were already chanting “Lock her up, lock her up” at a campaign event. Meanwhile, the Hillary Clinton campaign was embarking on a bus tour of the key states Pennsylvania and Ohio.
