A grandmother has been charged with kidnapping after Hall County Sheriff’s officials say she took her three grandchildren Sunday. Becky Ramsey McCollum, 45, was found about 4 a.m. Monday with the three children, ages 3, 4 and 7, who were not harmed. They have been returned to their mother.
