A benefit run will be held April 27 at North Hall High School, with proceeds going to the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program and the North Hall Drama Boosters’ Club.

The Trojan Trot 5K trail race will begin at 3:30 p.m. The one mile fun run/walk will begin at 3 p.m. and the Tot Trot, which will be a 50-yard dash for children younger than 4, starts at 3:25 p.m. All events will be held at school’s stadium, located on Mount Vernon Road off Ga. 60, rain or shine.

Pre-registration by April 25 costs $15, but will be $20 the day of the race.

All racers and walkers will receive a short-sleeved shirt, and be treated to fruit and fluids after the race.

The overall male and female winners in the 5K will receive an award, as will the first and second place in each age group. All finishers in the one mile and Tot Trot receive a commemorative ribbon.
