Three people were injured in a two-car accident Thursday on Cleveland Highway south of Ga. 52. One person was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta and two people were taken by ambulance to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, authorities said. Georgia State Patrol responded to the wreck at about 1:30 p.m., said operator Amber Sorrells. Authorities closed all lanes of Cleveland Highway at the wreck scene. They were re-opened sometime before 3 p.m. Additional information, including the names and conditions of the victims, was unavailable at press time.
