Gainesville City Council is set to consider a final annexation vote today on Cresswind at Lake Lanier subdivision. OK Lake Lanier LLP, also known as the Kolter Group, is requesting to annex more than 76 acres of land so it can build more houses. City Council approved the first vote on Cresswind earlier this month.
