A 16-year-old has been arrested in a string of incidents in South Hall county, after authorities say he was caught on a resident’s camera. Reports of burglaries, trespassings and entering autos in the Tanners Mill and Weaver roads area “flooded” the Hall County Sheriff’s Office over the past three weeks, according to a news release, and in the past four days victims began reporting arson as well. The arson charges stem from two separate fires set at two residences on Tanners Mill Road, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Nicole Bailes wrote via email.
