Oakwood City Council gave its final OK on Monday night to annexing 71.45 undeveloped acres in the Tanners Creek Business Park. Most of the property is being designated as light industrial. A couple of tracts, particularly a 20-acre plot at 4177 Thurmon Tanner Parkway, facing Interstate 985, will enter the city with agricultural zoning.
