A Smyrna man was arrested Tuesday and charged with public indecency related to an incident on Three Sisters Island, according to officials. Hall County investigators arrested Thomas Michael Darrow, 49, after an investigation into an incident on the Lake Lanier island. According to the warrant, Darrow allegedly exposed his genitalia and masturbated in front of two 16-year-old women as well as three adult women.
