Interstate 985 motorists can expect delays as Georgia Department of Transportation maintenance workers are performing shoulder rehabilitation work along a 10- to 12-mile stretch. “They’re trying to do about two miles a day,” said Jill Goldberg, DOT spokeswoman. “... They will be out there in the mornings doing that (work).” The rehab effort is taking place in the inside shoulder of southbound I-985, requiring a lane closure, Goldberg said.
