Emergency responders have recovered the body of a 19-year-old male drowning victim at Van Pugh Park, according to Hall County Sheriff's Office Col. Jeff Strickland.

They continue to search for the victim of a separate drowning off of Old Highway 141 at Browns Bridge Road and Mountain View Park.

The victim at the Old Highway 141 site jumped off of a boat and didn't resurface, and the victim at Van Pugh was swimming across the cove and didn't resurface, Fire Chief David Kimbrell said.

Officials from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and Forsyth County Sheriff's Office are assisting in the search.
