A Gainesville man was indicted on charges of sexual battery and practicing medicine without a license, according to court and police documents. Jamieson Leland Allen, 48, was also charged in an April 23 indictment with aggravated sodomy and sodomy. The Gainesville police report and the Hall County Comprehensive Justice Information System listed Allen as a registered nurse at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.
