The annual Cracker Fly-In at Lee Gilmer Memorial Airport in Gainesville offered a tarmac full of delights to tempt aviation enthusiasts. In addition to displays of vintage aircraft from several eras of flight, visitors could take rides in a helicopter or plane, including a P51 Mustang World War II-era fighter plane. Pilots gave demonstrations and offered information about their craft.
