With restaurants, auto mechanics and small retail shops — among many others — already operating along Atlanta Highway in Gainesville, the busy thoroughfare crossing between predominantly Latino neighborhoods is one of the most diverse business districts in all of Hall County. Now come plans for a retail and party rental space business in a 5,149-square-foot building on 1.21 acres. The Hall County Planning Commission will hear the proposal at its meeting Monday.
