One person was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle accident today in East Hall County, authorities said.

The accident happened shortly after 3 p.m. on Harmony Church Road between Twin Springs and Three Bridges roads, according to Hall Fire Chief David Kimbrell.

Kimbrell and the Georgia State Patrol said one person died in the accident and two others were transported by ambulance to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
