The Georgia Mountains YMCA’s 5-year stay in Oakwood appears to be ending. “What we’re seeing is the membership hasn’t really evolved over the years,” City Manager Stan Brown said Tuesday. City Council has directed Brown to move forward on ending the agreement, which began Oct. 1, 2011.
