No injuries reported in South Hall fire
Authorities: Fire caused $20,000 of damage

No injuries were reported after firefighters responded to a fire in the attic of a LJ Martin Drive home off Strickland Road in South Hall on Tuesday.

The 1,200-square-foot home affected was in the 5000 block of LJ Martin Drive.

“Crews on scene conducted an aggressive interior attack and contained the fire to the attic,” Hall County Fire Services Capt. Zachary Brackett wrote in an email.

The house suffered roughly $20,000 in damages.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
