A memorial service is planned today for a Riverside Military Academy student who died Tuesday from injuries sustained in a pedestrian accident. Cadet Mingyu Gao, 18, was crossing Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Duluth on Friday evening when a vehicle struck him. Gao and another student who was struck were taken to Gwinnett Medical Center.
