A Gainesville man was arrested Wednesday after Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators say they found 14 bags of marijuana, about 2 pounds, worth $4,000. Eric Charles Chambers, 39, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, according to a news release from the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad. Sheriff’s office investigators responded to a home in the 5200 block of Bogus Road, where they found Chambers “attempting to hide and subsequently flee from the bathroom,” according to the news release.
