A young Gainesville woman facing cancer just might have found her cure. Kelsey Trusty Bishop, 23, underwent a bone marrow transplant Thursday after a summer spent searching for a donor match after acute myeloid leukemia was detected following a period of remission. “We just got back from there and she’s resting,” said Bishop’s mother-in-law, Nan Bishop.
