Affordable housing in Gainesville and Hall County will get a fresh set of eyes this week. A “technical assistance panel” with Urban Land Institute, a global land-use think tank with U.S. headquarters based in Washington, D.C., is set to spend Monday and Tuesday examining affordable housing needs in the area.
