Charges are headed to Superior Court in the case of a Gwinnett County man accused of weaving toward and forcing a Hall County deputy’s patrol car off the road after a wild chain of events. Sebastian Adrian Gagea, 34, of Lawrenceville, was arrested April 11 and charged with aggravated assault against a peace officer and aggressive driving in the incident. During a probable cause hearing Thursday, Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Reisman heard testimony from Mark Mason, the deputy involved in the incident.
