Residents can learn more about the special purpose local option sales tax for education following the Hall County Board of Education’s work session Oct. 19.

The work session begins at 5 p.m. at the district office, 711 Green St., Gainesville, and the E-SPLOST meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m.

Six other meetings were already scheduled at the system’s high schools.

The E-SPLOST V will be on the ballot Nov. 3.
