A lawsuit brought against Hall County by a former jail inmate has been dismissed. Andronico Pedraza, Jr. filed the suit Dec. 23 against the county regarding an incident back in Dec. 30, 2012. Former Deputy David Pirkle pleaded guilty to simple battery in August 2013 for striking Pedraza in the back of the head while handcuffed.
