  • Whit and Pat Powell requested the county review a 37-acre tract at 6178 Yellow Creek Road for the use of an equestrian boarding facility.
  • George L. Savage requested to amend a condition of the existing residential zoning of a 44-acre tract at 2673 Lee Land Road.
  • HMR Partnership requested to rezone a 35-acre tract at 5490 and 5476 Old Winder Highway from agriculture residential to highway business for the use of an office/warehouse and auto maintenance and retail sales.
  • Hall County Board of Commissioners will review the planning commission’s recommendations for final action at 5 p.m. April 24 at the Georgia Mountains Center.
