Hall County Schools is planning to make some shifts in facilities and schools near capacity in the southern and eastern parts of the county. Superintendent Will Schofield said at a board of education meeting Monday that Spout Springs Elementary is “absolutely exploding at the seams” with more than 900 students, while Flowery Branch High School, Johnson High School, C.W. Davis Middle School, South Hall Middle School and World Language Academy are also nearing or “significantly over” capacity. Schofield said there are several options for addressing the capacity problem without building a new school.
