The Hall County Civil Services Board voted 5-1 on Friday to rescind the termination of two Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies involved in an inmate’s escape. The board’s previous vote to reinstate former deputies Jack Dodd and Larry Henslee violated open meetings laws, according to an Aug. 12 decision by Superior Court Judge Andrew Fuller. “The Superior Court order allowed for both parties to make final arguments again,” said board attorney Perry Sartain.
