A Gainesville State College assistant professor will present "Understand Global Warming" at noon April 23 in the college’s Continuing Education/Performing Arts Center auditorium. The public is welcome to attend.

Sudhanshu Panda, who teaches global information systems/environmental science, will explain the causes and effects of global warming and offer suggestions on how to address the issue.
