The release of a draft environmental impact statement on the proposed Glades Reservoir in North Hall has been delayed yet again, the third postponement in the last 13 months. And this time it is unclear why. Opponents of the project, however, hope more delays will come thanks to new growth projections for Hall, as well as recent reports on declining water use and growing supply across metro Atlanta.
