The Southeast is home to half of the top 10 best places for business and careers for a third straight year in Forbes annual ranking.

Gainesville ranked No. 57 in "Best Smaller Metros."

Factors in ranking include the cost of doing business, job growth and educational attainment. Athens (13), Warner Robins (42) and Gainesville (57) were the top three cities in Georgia on Forbes’ list.
