Gainesville City Council voted Tuesday night to rezone 4.71 acres on Dawsonville Highway across from Beechwood Boulevard and a newly emerging restaurant row. The property was designated as general business, changing from a mix of residential, office and institutional, and general business. America’s Home Place Inc., which developed the restaurants, is managing the 4.71-acre site.
