Gun locks are available for free at three Gainesville locations. Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County is distributing the safety equipment in partnership with the Gainesville Police Department, Georgia State Patrol Post 6 and Hall County Sheriff’s Office. Each household can get up to three locks, which will secure handguns and rifles.
