Hall County firefighters have responded to a house fire at 2911 Cowpoke Lane.

Smoke was pouring out of a second-floor bedroom in the 3,000-square-foot house, which is in a neighborhood off Gillsville Highway in East Hall, said Capt. Scott Cagle, fire marshal for Hall County Fire Services.

An early report indicates fire damage was contained to just one bedroom.
