A Flowery Branch man has been charged with pointing a shotgun at employees from a repossession company Monday, and his father has been charged with giving him the weapon, according to a news release from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
Randall Hunter, 28, was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly pointed a shotgun at the victims and then discharged the weapon into the air to frighten them off the property, according to Sheriff’s Col. Jeff Strickland.
The two victims were employees of a repossession company who were attempting to repossess a vehicle in the 4000 block of Warren Road in Flowery Branch, Strickland said.
Clarence Hunter, 58, also of Flowery Branch, was arrested and charged with party to the crime of aggravated assault after he provided his son with the shotgun that was used in the aggravated assault.
Both are currently being held in the Hall County Jail without bond.
