Two Lula men were arrested on drug charges Thursday after Hall County officials found marijuana and other paraphernalia while enforcing an eviction notice. Robert David Foltz Jr., 37, and Michael Henry Eads, 44, are being held in Hall County jail without bond. Both men are charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
