Davidson runs for probate judge
Attorney specializes in probate law

Attorney Brook Davidson has announced a campaign for judge of Hall County Probate Court.

Davidson, who has lived most of her life in Hall County, is an associate attorney with the law firm Andrew, Merritt, Reilly & Smith LLP, where she has worked since March 2004. The firm specializes in probate law.

“My professional and personal life experiences have especially qualified me for this office,” Davidson said in a news release.

“I’ve specialized in probate administration and litigation for my entire career. ... I am very blessed to have learned and been exposed to so much in my years of practice. I hope to carry that experience with me to the bench.”
Probate court handles issues including guardianship, marriage and estates.
