A Dawson County couple was arrested last week in connection with what authorities are calling a set fire to a home off War Hill Park Road. James Henry Raines, 31, is charged with first-degree arson. He and wife Gloria Ann Raines, 31, were taken into custody in Dawsonville Feb. 28, according to Dawson County Jail records.
