The World Language Academy was awarded Georgia’s first Innovative Program Award for a K-12 institution by the Foreign Language Association of Georgia. The award was presented recently in Atlanta at the annual state conference. The award is designed to celebrate the collaborative nature of language education programs and to recognize the collective efforts of departments, programs and/or student groups to promote language learning.
