The Good Shepherd Clinic has outgrown its existing facility and will move in July to the medical building located behind Burger King on Ga. 53 in Dawsonville.

“We are delighted; the 5,000-square-foot office is ideally located, laid out perfectly to meet the needs of our patients and provides space to expand our services,” Dr. David Moore, medical director for the clinic, wrote in a press release.

The nonprofit clinic provides free medical, dental, vision and hearing care and prescription medications to eligible Dawson County residents who are uninsured.

The space being vacated was provided by Northside Hospital. The new facility is being provided by Northeast Georgia Health System.
