Hall County Fire Services hands out annual awards

Hall County Fire Services held its third annual awards ceremony recently.

This ceremony serves to recognize those employees who have saved a life or performed above and beyond the call of duty in 2016. A Civilian Lifesaving Award was presented to Nancy Findley in recognition of her performing CPR for more than 15 minutes on her husband, thereby saving his life.  

The event was held at the Banquet Hall of First Baptist Church in Gainesville.

Medical Lifesaving Award: paramedic Jonathan Mullinax

Trauma Lifesaving Award: paramedic Dale Graham, EMT Jason Clark, paramedic Elizabeth Taylor, EMT Robert Norton

Cardiac Lifesaving Award: paramedics Stockton Trotman, Krystal Wilson-Britt, Jonathan Calhoun

Rescue Award: Battalion Chief Rob Sanders, Sgt. David Jones, Anuel Burce, Lt. Louis Legier, Lt. Richard Grimes, Sgt.
