A water main break in the Chestatee neighborhood Thursday evening, which led to the Hall County School District canceling Friday classes, has been resolved. According to city officials, repairs were finished at 2 a.m. Friday. About 25 residences in the area, including Chestatee High School, Chestatee Academy and Sardis Enrichment School, were without water from around 7:30 p.m. until 1 a.m. “Our district plumbers were in buildings flushing lines and by 9 a.m. (Friday) we were on line and ready to go,” Hall Superintendent Will Schofield said.
