A 21-year-old Buford man has been charged with a felony after Hall County deputies found him with four bags of marijuana and scales to weigh the substance.

The sheriff’s office was already serving a felony arrest warrant Sunday on Justin Corey Everett, 21, of Buford when they discovered he had marijuana, according to a news release from the Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad.

Everett had the substance in four separate bags along with scales and a ledger, the news release said. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and felony possession of marijuana.
